Bacon and broccol salad
INGREDIENTS:
Two or three heads of broccoli, based on
their size;
• 1 1/2 mugs red-colored or green grapes, halved;
• 10 pieces bacon;
• half sliced onion;
• half glass slivered or sliced almonds;
• one and quarter mugs home made mayonnaise;
• quarter glass lemon fruit juice.
PREPARATION:
1 Place the bacon pieces inside a big pan on a medium
temperature and prepare for around 8 min's on each
side, till crispy.
2 While the bacon cooks, cut the broccoli within small
florets. You should use the stalks as well, producing
sure to cut it within parts on the same size as the
florets.
3 Combine the florets with all the almonds, sliced onion
and halved grapes.
4 When the bacon is prepared and crispy, crumble it
and add it to the salad.
5 Inside a individual pan, combine the mayonnaise with all the
lemon fruit juice.
6 Blend the dressing with all the salad, combine well
and serve.
